  • Item Data: Items as they are setup in QuickBooks can be transferred to the web. The Item Detail Editor add-on formats this information and adds data that would not be available in QuickBooks such as image files.
  • Customer Data: Customer information can be synchronized to and from the website.
  • Category Data: A point and click category manager system is provided to assist in the creation of categories in a logical and easy to understand manner.
  • Orders from your web store: Orders placed online can be instantly downloaded into QuickBooks the moment they are placed.
  • Inventory stock levels: Instantaneous order download ensures that stock levels are always accurate therefore preventing orders for out of stock merchandise. If new merchandise is added or removed through QuickBooks, then Inventory levels will be synchronized with the web store automatically. This is extremely helpful for those companies that have a physical storefront or take orders by phone. Stock levels on the web will always match the real data stored in QuickBooks.
