Description:

 

Keep REALTIME stock levels between your QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale and your e-commerce store front.

With this addon you can have realtime order and inventory level adjusting for your online storefront.
The instant an order is placed on your web store, the order will be downloaded by Courier, and your inventory levels will be updated in QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale.

 

How it works:

  1. A Customer places an order on your store.
  2. A trigger is sent to the Courier application running on your desktop.
  3. Courier then downloads the order into QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale. Creating the proper order record based on how you have it setup to do so.
  4. The Inventory levels are adjusted in your QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale based on the order information.
  5. The new inventory levels are then uploaded to the website, effectively synchronizing them with your QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale.

 

This transfter occurs in  realtime unlike other solutions that use a scheduler based system.
