Description:

QuickBooks and QuickBooks Point of Sale have certain limitations on what data you can input into them. Certain things like Image file references, and long descriptions are missing from QuickBooks for example. This is where the excel import addon can help out greatly.

How it works:

  1. Create an Excel worksheet with data you need exported to your website that you can not or do not want to input into your QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale.
  2. Create a column that will be used as a key to match the data to your QuickBooks / QuickBooks Point of Sale items. i.e. Item name or Item number column where the values will correspond directly to your Accounting items.
  3. Setup a mapping in the Courier Addon using the excel import settings.

  4. Import the excel file.
  5. Now on the next synchronization you do with Courier the data that is in that excel file will be uploaded to your web site.
